Pierogi is one of the most popular Polish delicacy, dumpling-type food with endless variety of fillings. This national dish is often the first experience of the Polish cuisine for a visitors, as it's served in pubs, cafes, restaurants all over the country.
Pierogi are made of a thinly rolled dough and filled with a range of ingredients, traditionally a forcemeat, sauerkraut and mashrooms, or potatoes and cheese.
